Pork shoulder and vegetable stir fry

  • Olive oil 10ml
  • Broccoli 100g
  • Leek 100g
  • Red pepper 100g
  • Carrots 100g
  • Onion 100g
  • Pork shoulder 100g

Stir fry

  • Heat the olive oil in a wok.
  • Add the vegetables.

Finely slice the pork shoulder.

  • Finely slice the pork shoulder.
  • Place the strips on a tray lined with baking paper.
  • Stir fry on a high heat until golden brown.
  • Once browned, place on the vegetable stir fry.

What you'll need

  1. 20 cm saucepan
  2. Sharp knife
  3. Colander
  4. Slotted spoon
  5. Peeler
  6. Non-stick frying pan
  7. Chopping board
  8. 1 litre tupperware container
  9. Blender
  10. Large whisk
  11. Wok


  1. Heat the oil in a wok.
  2. Stir fry all the vegetables.
  3. Add the pork shoulder.


  1. Place the vegetables on a plate and drizzle some extra virgin olive oil on top.
