Kale omelette with garlic shoots

Ingredients (2 people)

  • Chopped kale 120g
  • Garlic shoots 50g
  • Eggs 3
  • Extra virgin olive oil 1 tsp

Preparation time: 10 minutes.



  • Add salt to taste


  1. Wash the chopped kale and blanch in hot water for 4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  2. Chop the garlic shoots to the desired size and sauté in a small frying pan with a little oil. Remove and set aside.
  3. Keep the pan on a low heat. Meanwhile, beat the eggs well in a bowl and add the kale and the garlic shoots.
  4. Remove and place the omelette on a serving dish.
  5. Leave to rest until reaching the desired temperature.
