Baked camembert with sautéed porcini, mushrooms and radish

Baked camembert with sautéed porcini

  • Olive oil 10ml
  • Porcini 30g
  • Mushrooms 20g
  • Radish 10g
  • Choy sum 10g

Method

Baked camembert

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Bake the camembert on non-stick baking paper for 8 minutes.
  • Clean the porcini and the mushrooms, remove the stalks and slice into julienne strips.
  • Add a splash of extra virgin olive oil to a frying pan and fry the porcini and the mushrooms on a high heat.
  • Thinly slice the radish and place into a bowl of cold water to avoid browning.
  • Bring water to a boil to lightly blanch the choy sum.
  • Once all the ingredients are ready, set aside until needed.

What you'll need

  1. Pourer
  2. Chopping board
  3. Sharp knife
  4. Blender
  5. Large whisk
  6. Fan oven
  7. Baking tray
  8. Non-stick frying pan

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients onto a serving tray.
  2. Season the mushrooms with salt to taste.
  3. Place the choy sum next to the porcini and mushrooms.

Serving

  1. Place the camembert in a bowl.
  2. Cover with the sautéed choy sum, the mushrooms and the porcini.
  3. Top off with the radish slices.
