This is one of the most nutritious yet least known vegetables. It is similar to broccoli, cauliflower and Brussels sprouts. Extremely rich in nutrients, very healthy and very flavoursome, it is ideal for making smoothies or preparing salads with diced chicken or grilled salmon.
